EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY:

All exchanges and/or credits must be made within 15 days of shipment.  You must have your receipt for any exchange or store credit. Merchandise cannot be altered in way.  Exchanges and/or store credits will only be given on items returned in the exact form as when purchased. Original tags must be on merchandise. We will not accept items that have been laundered, that have been worn, or that are not in new condition.  All exchanges or store credits are given at the discretion of Abigail's Avenue. We will not issue an exchange or store credit on any item marked final sale.  Items that have embroidery are NOT eligible for return or credit and are final sale. The only exception to this is if there is if we make an error in the spelling of the embroidered text.
